WTHN is a space for embodiment.

Through vinyasa yoga, prenatal movement, and birth education, this work is designed to support you in building awareness, strength, and trust in your body — whether you’re moving through a flow or preparing for birth.

Everything here is rooted in the same idea:
when you feel connected to your body, you move through life differently.

Classes are offered online and in-studio at Lumos Yoga & Barre and Three Queens Yoga.

embodied BIRTH PREP

Birth preparation is about more than creating a birth plan—it's about learning to trust your body, understand your options, and feel supported every step of the way. Through embodied birth education, you'll learn breathing techniques, labor positions, partner comfort measures, and evidence-based tools to help you feel empowered throughout your birth experience.
